About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time hybrid Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern Colorado. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct assessments and therapy services in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home. This is a great opportunity for OTs looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment while still making a meaningful impact in schools.

Requirements

• Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license
• Colorado CDE SSP certification (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT evaluations, treatment, and consultation services
• Conduct standardized assessments and complete evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate
• Complete documentation, planning, progress notes, and compliance tasks remotely
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access and participation
