About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Bear Mountain of Sudbury Sudbury, MA $45–$48/hour LTC Therapy is seeking a full-time OT to provide individualized therapy services within a supportive skilled nursing rehab department.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments focused on daily function and independence
- Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise COTAs and support clinical outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
