About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and driven therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness
- Introduce adaptive strategies and equipment to support resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
