About The Position
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
- State of Michigan Occupational Therapist License (Upon Hire)
- Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (Upon Hire)
- State of Michigan Driver's License (Home Care Business Lines, Upon Hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (90 Days) or American Red Cross (90 Days)

- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program (Upon Hire)
