Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
At least 1+ year pediatric experience required
Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives
Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare

Responsibilities

Transform children's lives
Provide pediatric occupational therapy services
Collaborate with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy teams
Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Participate in specialty-specific training
Expand clinical expertise through a diverse pediatric caseload
Engage in leadership development pathways
Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities
Engage in quarterly community service initiatives
