About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care. The role helps patients with debilitating conditions improve their ability to perform everyday tasks at home. Occupational Therapists use treatments to develop patients’ daily living skills and basic motor functions, and to help compensate for losses of function. They administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach family members and other members of the health care team. Services are provided according to physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The listed compensation range is $85,000–$95,000 annually. The position includes access to the company’s benefits for eligible employees. Recruitment is ongoing with no deadline.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services, based on prior experience setting.
Medicare home health experience is preferred.
