About The Position

This role involves evaluating patients and developing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain prior to hire.
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialized occupational therapy training may be required depending on departmental needs.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
