About The Position

Are you a Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Fourwinds Community in Jackson, OH has a full-time opportunity available. As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
