Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Occupational Therapist (OT) position. This role is part of an in-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The position involves providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. There are exciting opportunities for therapists to grow professionally, with specialized on-site training delivered during paid work hours, some sessions eligible for CEUs, and state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. Therapists have the opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans.
