About The Position

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Occupational Therapist (OT) position. This role involves providing occupational therapy services to residents within an in-house program in a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The position offers specialized on-site training during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs, and access to state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. Therapists have the opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. The role is guided by clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions and a positive leadership philosophy that encourages therapist input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. As a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
