About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This role requires specialized skills in providing therapy to premature and critically ill infants. The position involves a 5x8 day schedule with one weekend commitment per month.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid California Occupational Therapy license.
- Current BLS certification from AHA.
- Minimum of 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the NICU.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate families on therapeutic interventions and home care.
