About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Pelvic Health to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate will be fully independent in clinical practice and capable of delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy services with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Active Texas Occupational Therapist License required.
Current BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient hospital experience within the last 3 years required.
Pelvic Health experience required.
Ability to work independently without clinical mentorship.
Strong patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Provide specialized pelvic health therapy services.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Perform evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional outcomes.
Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members.
Educate patients on therapy plans, exercises, and home programs.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality patient care.
Independently manage clinical decision-making and patient treatment plans.
