About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Hendersonville, NC, to work with Advent Health Hendersonville. This role focuses on expanding access to transformative care, leading innovative therapy practices, and providing clear pathways for professional growth. The position is within a 100+ bed acute care facility and offers a schedule of Friday - Monday or Friday - Sunday. Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, and ortho

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
