As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll join a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on clinical excellence and high-quality care. In this role, you will help patients build or regain independence in daily activities through individualized treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive equipment following injury, illness, or disability. This is a full-time, day-shift position working 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
BLS/CPR Certification required

Nice To Haves

prior experience in a rehab hospital setting is preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate individuals to improve motor function, reasoning abilities, and independence in daily living and work tasks, while helping them adapt to permanent functional changes.
Guide patients in selecting adaptive equipment when needed.
Assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plans
Plan discharges and communicate with patients and caregivers
Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment
Ensure safety and follow infection control standards
Integrates company values into daily practice
