Responsibilities

Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
Help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.
Deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy.
Collaborate closely with nursing and leadership teams.
Be a key part of a facility that’s actively evolving and improving.
