About The Position
Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for its sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department in Medfield, Massachusetts. The therapist will work as part of a rehabilitation team and may join additional local PRN rosters after joining the PTS team. The company is owned and operated by therapists and emphasizes appropriate, ethical patient care and helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
Requirements
- Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or be license-eligible to practice in the state of employment.
- Prior experience in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting is required.
- Must enjoy working with the geriatric population.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.
- Help geriatric patients improve their quality of life and reach their highest level of independence.
