About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in a luxury senior living community in Denver. The role evaluates and treats a primarily geriatric caseload, including general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, neurologic movement disorders, activities of daily living, and cognitive decline. The therapist must work independently and as part of a team, making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active or eligible state license to practice.
- Background checks and references are required for employment.

- Prior experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
