About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that help residents improve daily function, safety, and overall independence.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals
- Provide therapy focused on self-care tasks, upper extremity function, cognition, and adaptive strategies
- Recommend and train residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Work collaboratively with rehab staff, nursing, and physicians to support resident progress
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
