About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to help transform children’s lives while benefiting from scheduling flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth. The position is based at 6051 FM 3009, Suite 215, Schertz, TX 78154. Full-time schedule options include five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12-hour days. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience, with pay based on clock-in/clock-out. Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired. A $5,000 sign-on bonus or loan payment assistance is available. The therapist will work with a collaborative pediatric team, with on-site mentorship from occupational, physical, and speech therapists, guidance from Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for complex cases, and specialty-specific training from a Clinical Competency Specialist. The role offers a diverse pediatric caseload, leadership development pathways, performance-based bonus incentives, continuing education support, and opportunities to grow into leadership, mentorship, or program development.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
At least 1 year of pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy to children as part of a pediatric caseload.
