About The Position
Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem OTR to join our dynamic therapy team. This role is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, compassionate, and high-energy environment and is looking to pick up additional shifts or maintain hands-on patient care while balancing other commitments. In this role, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. We’re looking for a clinician who brings strong clinical skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.
Requirements
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to support team needs
