About The Position

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment working 35 guaranteed hours per week. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations, helping them regain independence and improve their ability to perform activities of daily living. This role requires strong rehabilitation skills, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience evaluating and treating functional deficits required
• Strong communication and patient education skills required
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload required

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive devices preferred
• Experience with geriatric and post-acute rehabilitation populations preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
