Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Washington, DC OT license
• Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for working with young children

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, play-based occupational therapy to young children in a clinic setting
• Support children in developing fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills in a nurturing, engaging environment
• Collaborate closely with families and fellow clinicians to create and implement effective treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Use creativity and clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, personalized care
