About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist in Humble, Texas, to provide meaningful care that improves children’s lives. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including five 8-hour days, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12-hour days, and the opportunity to choose an hourly or pay-per-visit pay model. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience, with an additional $3,500 sign-on bonus. Pay is based on clock-in and clock-out.

The therapist works in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with occupational, physical, and speech therapists. Cole Health provides on-site mentorship, specialty-specific training from a Clinical Competency Specialist, and support from an experienced, therapist-driven leadership team. The role offers opportunities to develop toward mentorship, leadership, or program development.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• Master’s or doctorate in Occupational Therapy, unless grandfathered under the bachelor’s accreditation transition.
