About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address patient needs, build relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This role requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.

Requirements

• Current California OT license
• CPR certified
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
