Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Crestwood is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents at the Courtyard at Idylwood, a 106-bed skilled nursing facility serving individuals with medical and behavioral needs. The facility provides skilled nursing and clinical programming focused on behavioral needs. The Occupational Therapist conducts and assesses ongoing resident assessments and is responsible for developing and maintaining therapeutic services and resident care. This includes creating individual programs that help residents participate in basic activities of daily living (ADLs), regulate behavior, and maintain physical functioning. The role collaborates with other clinical team members and medical professionals and reports to the Program Director. This is a part-time position. The posted pay range is $52–$56.82 per hour; the final offer depends on factors including skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy.
- Current registration with NBCOT.
- California licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
