Occupational Therapist

BrightSpring Health Services•Denver, CO

About The Position

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for its Home and Community Program. The role provides functional rehabilitation in clients’ natural environments—including their homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings—rather than only in a staged clinical environment. Treatment may involve real-life activities such as cooking at home, navigating grocery stores and restaurants, and participating in outdoor activities or workplace tasks. The position offers an autonomous work setting as part of a collaborative team of therapists. The Occupational Therapist evaluates clients, develops and reassesses treatment plans, and coordinates care with the treatment team, physicians, clients, and family members. The role also includes discharge evaluations, safety recommendations, referrals, and education resources. The position requires the ability to meet the physical demands of patient care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility. Rehab Without Walls is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services. Its neurorehabilitation program provides care in home and community environments for people primarily recovering from brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA, with the aim of helping them regain functional capabilities, health, and independence.
