About The Position

Orchard Villa is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with residents in its skilled nursing facility. The therapist evaluates and treats residents based on physician orders and AOTA guidelines, collaborates with families and care teams, and helps ensure therapy goals are carried out effectively. New graduates are welcome. The role is offered with full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, minimum.
• Registered and licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetHealth and PCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on evaluations and treatment to residents.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and staff.
• Document resident progress in medical records.
• Train staff to support therapy goals.
