About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child’s functional independence and quality of life. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle. Part-time: under 24 visits per week. Supervising opportunity! We work around your availability and build caseloads near you! We provide high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support. Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient’s home environment.
• Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment planning.
