Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Missouri OT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- NBCOT certification (OTR) required
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills across a variety of conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage patients effectively in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid care model
Nice To Haves
- Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments via telehealth platforms and in-person sessions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered treatment
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Conduct virtual and in-person assessments for a diverse patient population across various diagnoses
