Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current or eligible Virginia OT license
  • Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload of pediatric and adult patients
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional performance
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progress strategies
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and SLPs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
