About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Vero Beach. This role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment. The position is paid on a per-visit basis, with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Requirements

Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
