About The Position

Occupational Therapist (OTR) Per Diem– Home Care Dracut, Massachusetts | Up to $140/visit for OASIS. Must have 1 year clinical experience. Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned company that truly understands the needs of home healthcare professionals. We are excited to expand our team and are hiring a Per Diem Occupational Therapist due to our continued growth and increasing patient demand. Requirements

Occupational Therapist (OTR) with licensure in Massachusetts
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Nice To Haves

Home healthcare experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of your patients
Conduct home safety assessments and recommend modifications or adaptive equipment to improve independence
Provide patient and caregiver education to enhance outcomes and promote functional success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure high-quality patient care
