About The Position

Burger Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for their outpatient teams in Auburn and Grass Valley. This role offers the opportunity to work with two teams, 2-3 partial days per week. The position includes full training on the outpatient documentation system, which features templates and built-in documentation time within the clinic, minimizing lengthy and time-consuming paperwork.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Ability to work 2-3 partial days per week
• Willingness to work with two teams in Auburn and Grass Valley
• Ability to be trained on the outpatient documentation system

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities following injury, surgery, or chronic illness.
• Conduct functional assessments.
• Develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises.
• Provide upper extremity rehabilitation.
• Educate families.
