About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team in Spooner, WI. This role involves approximately 25 hours per week and offers opportunities for continuing education assistance, flexible scheduling, and an incentive program for new graduates. Requirements

  • Master's degree (or bachelor's degree for those grandfathered in) in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university.
  • Current license as an occupational therapist in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility.
  • Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary.
  • Maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews.
