Requirements
- Graduate of an occupational therapy program with either a Baccalaureate or Master's Degree accredited by the American Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment.
- Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR.
- Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
- Access to reliable transportation.
