About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician in its Orland Park, Illinois clinic. The role is in a pediatric outpatient setting and works exclusively with infants. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® cranial shaping orthosis and EarWell® treatment. They guide families throughout the treatment process and serve as experts to pediatricians and parents. The clinic is child-friendly and state-of-the-art. A formal training program with mentoring is provided; a pediatric background is preferred but not required. The position offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. The workweek is traditional, with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. The role may offer future opportunities in training, mentoring, and travel. The pay range is $90,000–$100,000, dependent on tenure and relevant experience, with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
