About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to provide outpatient care exclusively to infants. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band® cranial orthosis and EarWell® treatment. The role offers direct patient care in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinic, with a formal training and mentoring program. Applicants from several clinical backgrounds are considered, though this opening requires a licensed occupational therapist and 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

The position follows a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work. Clinicians build relationships with families throughout treatment, and the role involves minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. Further opportunities may be available in training, mentoring, travel, and internal growth or promotion.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
