About The Position
HomeFirst Home Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to join their clinical home-health field team. This role involves providing quality home health care to individuals in Tennessee, specifically in Grundy, Franklin, and Coffee counties and the surrounding area. The mission of HomeFirst Home Healthcare is to provide compassionate, home-based care, recognizing the valuable relationships with employees, providers, and the communities they serve.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program.
- Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience.
- Home Health / Oasis experience required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Providing patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize patients' functional abilities per Plan of Care.
- Promoting safety and independence in the home setting.
