About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation therapy services in collaboration with Advent Health in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based, quality care to patients, empowering them to achieve their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care. The therapist will establish timely treatment plans, build positive connections with patients, families, and colleagues, and foster relationships with other hospital teams such as physicians, case management, and nurses. Requirements

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
