About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT). This role offers more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity. The coverage area is Tavares / Lake County, FL, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position is PRN with a pay-per-visit model, offering additional earning potential, mileage reimbursement, and a data plan stipend. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing therapists to spend more time with patients. Concierge Home Care provides structured onboarding, mentorship, preceptorship, ongoing training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities. Requirements
- Active, unencunbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise COTAs

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications
- Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete documentation using streamlined technology
