About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a growing pediatric therapy team serving children and families throughout the Northwest Oklahoma City area. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in developing our Occupational Therapy program while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team. We offer flexibility in how you begin: Start immediately as a part-time independent contractor with the opportunity to transition into a full-time employee as the program grows, or Join as a full-time employee once we build a caseload specifically for you.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Ability to independently perform evaluations and complete documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping grow and expand pediatric occupational therapy services.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and recommendations.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with Oklahoma regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to maximize each child's success.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
