Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing.
Current CPR Certification.
Current TB clearance.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving function and independence.
Help patients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and work-related activities.
Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Supervise and support therapy aides and students, as applicable.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.
