Occupational Therapist
About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate, driven certified occupational therapist to provide therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. The therapist will provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Services are performed under physicians’ orders. The role is based at St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls, Minnesota, a privately owned short- and long-term care community with 93 beds, primarily for long-term care. Its therapy team works across disciplines and emphasizes quality care, evidence-based practice, and strong outcomes. Infinity Rehab is St. Otto’s Care Center’s therapy management partner and provides oversight, systems, compliance support, staff training, MDS optimization, and management for in-house therapy services.
Requirements
- State occupational therapy license.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
Responsibilities
