About The Position

At Spark Lifecare, we work with individuals across Kingston and the surrounding areas who are rebuilding skills, restoring function, and finding new ways to engage in the activities that matter most to them. Some clients are transitioning from hospital or rehab, while others need support in their homes, workplaces, or communities. We provide highly individualized, client-centred care through assessments, goal-oriented treatment, and hands-on support tailored to each persons unique needs and interests, whether thats hobbies, work, school, or daily routines. Requirements

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
• Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience is an asset including areas within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system, brain injury/neurological rehabilitation
• Experience providing OT assessment and treatment in a community setting is an asset
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Responsibilities
