Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
About The Position
Pivot Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide home-based and community therapy in Colorado, with a listed region of Pueblo and opportunities throughout the Front Range. The role serves pediatric and/or adult clients across the lifespan. Pediatric therapy may address fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning. Adult therapy may support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training. The work is intended to help clients participate and thrive in their homes and communities. The role offers flexibility and autonomy: clinicians can choose their caseload without a minimum visit requirement and set a schedule to fit their lifestyle and financial goals. The full-time schedule is described as 20 visits per week. An iPad is provided for electronic documentation. Clinicians receive clinical leadership, 24/7 on-call support, mentorship, training, and professional development.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for helping individuals reach their full potential through home-based care.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy to pediatric and/or adult clients in home-based and community settings.
- For pediatric clients, address fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning.
- For adult clients, support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training.
- Help clients improve participation, confidence, independence, and quality of life in their homes and communities.
- Complete electronic documentation using a provided iPad.
