About The Position

This role involves designing, monitoring, and evolving comprehensive plans of care tailored to each patient’s unique goals and independent living skills. The therapist will guide and support families and caregivers, ensuring they have the knowledge, adaptive equipment, and community resources needed for a smooth, confident discharge. Additionally, the role includes providing mentorship and clinical oversight to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Therapy Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and compliance. Collaboration across multidisciplinary teams is essential, seeking consultations when needed to ensure patients receive the absolute highest standard of care.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
