About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a leading rehabilitation team. This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates looking to build their careers in an acute rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) License.
- BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
- New Graduates Welcome.
- Prior clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence.
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
- Support therapy assistants and students when needed.
