About The Position
Constellation Kids is seeking multiple licensed Occupational Therapists to provide school-based therapy services in Stamford, Connecticut. The role follows the school calendar and focuses on empowering school-age children to achieve their goals. Occupational Therapists work collaboratively with school teams, families, and other therapists to provide evidence-based services in individual and small-group sessions. Responsibilities also include evaluations, documentation, reports, and participation in IEP meetings. Newly licensed Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for school-age children.
- Deliver services in individual and small-group sessions.
