About The Position

Full-Time Occupational Therapist – St. Peter's Hospital-Inpatient. We are in need of a committed Full-Time Occupational Therapist to work at St. Peter's Hospital! Schedule: 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Every other Sunday is included as one of those 4 days, not an extra day. Requirements

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
Current NYS OT license and registration
Flexibility and exceptional clinical reasoning skills are essential
Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and deadlines
Must have time management, communication, and superb customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of experience working as an OT is preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver quality occupational therapy services according to treatment plans for patients
Document progress toward identified objectives
Provide accurate and timely documentation with online EMR
Work collaboratively with the therapy team in a great team environment
Conduct patient and family education.
