Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in a home health setting.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living.
Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuing education and training opportunities.
